The backstory behind this video is still a mystery, but it begins with a buck-naked guy trying to climb into a bus to give the passengers a free peep show, before he spots the cameraman and starts chasing after him. Then after causing all that ruckus, the man mysteriously walks away from the scene like nothing ever happened! According to NBC10, the incident took place last November and was caught on camera by Lou Luciano, a barber who works at the intersection.
