Are they seriously this slow on picking up on crap? Hell, they took an eternity to say anything about the four figure custom plushies being sold on eBay, Amazon, etc., so maybe it’s plausible for them to be completely removed from society and practicing the life of a hermit, only getting “the scoop” on a 12-18 month basis when someone has the time to get out of the city and drop by for a visit. Maybe sometime around late-2015 they’ll demand royalties for that atrocious Brony Documentary. Then again, you can also ask why it’s been taking around two years making this game without so much as an actual public beta release and absolutely no signs of completion in the near or distant future. Even if the staff of Fighting is Magic convinces Hasbro to let them continue, it would probably take until 2016 for this stuff to settle, and we can expect the game to be released approx. half a decade after the series ends, just in time for G6 merch and promos to be open to the public.

On topic, I’m sick of seeing text in alt. race depictions that more-or-less translate to “lol u mad xD”, and it’s seriously every other fucking humanization that isn’t white. Has it ever occurred to anyone that, perhaps, some of the backlash for these “alternative” human MLP characters could also come from the huge sense of self-righteousness and moralfag championing on the artists behalf. It’s the same shit as “I watch a little girls show u mad bro xD” that made people hate the fanbase early on.
Want to make Pinkie black? A fat Rarity? Perhaps even a ganguro Celestia? Fine. Whatever. Just don’t act like a twat with an undeserved sense of accomplishment or superiority about it. It makes you look like a tryhard attention whore.
